Eirini Schlosser is the Founder and CEO of Dyania Health, a fast-growing tech company focused on revolutionizing clinical research through AI-driven natural language understanding. Leading a team of NLP Applied Scientists and Physicians, Eirini developed Synapsis AI, a powerful platform designed to streamline and enhance clinical research processes. Synapsis AI's applications include pre-screening electronic medical records for clinical trial eligibility, automating manual chart abstraction, and optimizing real-world data studies, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy in the healthcare space.
As a serial entrepreneur, Eirini transitioned from finance, where she worked on over $60 billion in tech, pharma, and consumer deals at Morgan Stanley, into technology and data science. She previously founded Chuz, an NLP-powered recommendation engine, before launching Dyania Health in 2019.
Eirini’s educational journey has been integral to her success. She holds a Master’s degree from London Business School, a milestone that set the stage for her leadership in the tech space. Additionally, she earned certifications in machine learning from MIT, further honing her technical skills and empowering her to lead innovation at the intersection of AI and life sciences. Her leadership in applying machine learning to clinical research continues to be a force in advancing the healthcare landscape.
